The challenges faced by not for profit organisation & the individuals who dedicatedly devote their time, money, efforts & intellectual capital to make a difference in their own individual capacities is truly inspiring. Only those individuals who have worked and contributed to such causes can feel and envision the challenges.
Some of the challenges faced by such organisations & individuals are
Not for profit organisations play a major role in identifying social problems and in finding solutions achieving social objectives tailored to diverse community needs in a variety of areas that public administering cannot cover efficiently or not at all.
I am dedicated to work alongside with these organisations to the best of my abilities.

A vast majority of us are hardworking individuals trying to live a normal life earning a fair day income. But unfortunately, they are very, very few among us who in the lure of making a quick buck chose the other path causing grieve and pain to one and all soft targets.
Scammers are getting increasingly sophisticated in their attempts to get your money or personal details and I will fight against them with my heart and soul. Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (https://www.scamwatch.gov.au) Is working hard to identify & protect people from scams.
As per ACCC the number of reports filed for scam in 2020 alone were a staggering 99,321 https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/scam-statistics
I will join hands with concerned & responsible citizens to work & protect our community from such scammers. I urge anyone and everyone to report or whistle blow if you find anything suspicious. Do not overlook it just because it is not impacting you.

Wyndham had the fifth highest number of family violence incidents of all Victorian municipalities and I will fight to eradicate it.
Often people affected by family violence feel alone and isolated, perhaps even guilty or feel like they deserve the violence or control put upon them. As a result, many suffer the effects of family violence alone, and instances go unreported. Communicating effectively to everyone that help is available if they need & that we as a community are committed and will not tolerate domestic violence in any form or shape and will be dealt with the highest priority.
Please refer to my page Policy to address & curb domestic violence to learn the strategies that I will work on to make difference in my own capacity with the help of law enforcement agencies and the entire community to address this issue.
I request you to join hands with me in cause and make Wyndham a council free of domestic violence.
I am a strong believer in the right to freedom of expression but will fight against hate mongering under the pretext of freedom of expression to monger hate & create divisions.
I will fight against hate mongering in any form and shape be it on the basis of religion, region, race, ethnic, linguistic, age or gender.
Please refer to my page Curbing hate mongering on various social media platforms to learn the strategies that I will work on to make difference in my own capacity with the help of law enforcement agencies and the entire community to curb this form of new crime.
The driving force that motivates me to push the boundaries and work harder beyond my abilities, heart and soul of this complete exercise is the community that I live in. Thetrust community beholds in me, the support & love I get from my them gives me a purpose to wake up and look forward for a new day every day and take up challenges beyond my abilities.
I was born in Hyderabad India and came to Melbourne as a post graduate student and my story is no different to any other as we all share almost the same journey.
Hyderabadi community,as there areno official statistics available, but with a rough estimate there are roughly 8000 to 10,000 families in and around Melbourne. Majority of them married and most of them living in the Wyndham council. There is a considerable amount of Hyderabadi community in northern suburbs of Melbourne, around Footscray & Maidstone with small patches in and around Melton, St Kilda, Eastern & South Eastern suburbs.
This makes Wyndham council one of the most important council in view of the Hyderabadi community. Due to lack of official statistics I cant vouch for the numbers but with a rough estimate there are around 2,000 Hyderabadi families with an average of 3 children per family and growing with majority of them in the age group of 8 to 14 years in Wyndham. In coming years our population is to grow substantially making us one of the single largest community in the council.
Majority of us are first-generation migrants who either came as students and then became citizens or have migrated as skilled professional migrants. The challenges we face are unique and only recently have we started to realise that getting the citizenship was not the end of the journey but actually is the beginning.
A beginning that we all desired and made a choice by becoming an Australian by choice and not by chance. A choice that we all have made over every other country in the world leaving behind the loved ones has not been an easy decision.
The bond that we share among ourselves is so deep and strong that it is no less than blood relation. I believe every individual in the community is so passionate about working towards the collective development of the community that everyone is eager to do their part.
There are numerous organisations which are working independently without any support from the council & government to cater to the diverse needs of the community.
Every single member of the community motivates me to do what I do
All those who are in associated with community service in one form or the other can connect and corelate to this.
The highest cost is often paid by the immediate family members, children, friends and extended family members, who are the real heros the unsung champions for a person in community service. Every time one dedicates his time to community service, he has to steal his time from his/her personnel and family life.
Like everyone else my family has always stood with me inmy endeavours of community service and never ever complained me for not giving them enough time and attention and that has been my biggest strength to serve the community.
Community members who have been associated with me know that they have access to me whenever they needed, and this would not have been possible without the very support that I get from my family.
The principles, ethical & moral values that my father and mother have instilled motivates me to what I do.
Be it my brother Hasan or my brother in law Yasar, along with my sister & sister in law and beloved wife not only motivate me to do what I do but always support me in the best possible way.
My friends who believe in me be it, Shashidar, Javeed, Abdul Qavi, Irfan Rahil, Abdul Rafay, Zaheer Juddy, Sayeeduddin Ahmed, Nishad, Fasi, Zaheer, Aqeel Mohammed, Azhar Mohammed, Sachin, Mrudulla, Ashish and the list goes on and on, support and stand with me shoulder to shoulder and motivate me to do what I do
